Payment & Refund Policy

1. General Payment Terms

  • Currency: All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

2. Billing for Service Plans

A. Subscription Plans (e.g., "Pro Plan")

  • Billing Cycle: Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings prior to the renewal date.
  • Plan Changes:
    • Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, you will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and the full new rate will apply on your next renewal date.
    • Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

B. Lifetime Deal (LTD)

  • One-Time Payment: The Lifetime Deal is a single, one-time, non-recurring payment.
  • Definition of "Lifetime": The term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Logmonitor.io service. If the service is ever discontinued, access will terminate. It does not refer to the lifetime of the user.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Logmonitor. We offer the following refund options:

A. For Monthly Subscription Plans:

  • We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first payment for a new subscription, provided you have not consumed more than 50% of your plan's resources. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not offered for subsequent monthly renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

B. For the Lifetime Deal (LTD):

  • We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your purchase of the Lifetime Deal, provided you have not consumed more than 50% of the service's resources. If you decide Logmonitor is not for you, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
  • After the 7-day period or if you have consumed more than 50% of the service's resources, no refunds will be issued for the Lifetime Deal. This policy is in place to protect the long-term value and sustainability of this special offer for all our early adopters.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, our payment processor (Stripe) will automatically retry the charge. If the payment continues to fail, we will notify you. Your account may be suspended or terminated if payment is not successfully made after multiple attempts.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
